Livestock and poultry manure treatment equipment

September 23, 2023

The problem of livestock and poultry manure pollution has become a restrictive factor in the development of modern animal husbandry and the construction of new socialist countryside. The livestock and poultry breeding industry is affected by many factors such as the market, livestock product imports, and epidemics, and is basically in a state of low profit or even loss. The construction of supporting livestock and poultry manure utilization facilities requires large investment and high operating costs. Due to the influence of market prices, many farms (households) cannot afford to invest or start operation.

Some farmers are reluctant to use manure because of its large volume, high transportation costs of manure, lack of application machinery, increased labor costs, and uneven quality and price of organic fertilizers. Land fertilization is highly seasonal, and there is not enough supporting land to absorb the treated manure during the off-season.

The company links the development of animal husbandry with the development of planting industry, forming an agricultural economic model with cyclic development of "planting industry (feed) - breeding industry (manure converted into high-quality fertilizer) - planting industry (high-quality agricultural products, feed) - breeding industry".

With the resource utilization of manure as a link, we will develop a rural circular economy and use aquaculture manure to produce organic fertilizers to promote the transformation of agricultural production from mainly relying on chemical fertilizers to increasing the application of organic fertilizers, which has largely changed the traditional way of utilizing manure and excessive use of manure. The agricultural growth method of applying pesticides and chemical fertilizers effectively saves important agricultural production resources such as water, fertilizers, and chemicals, and reduces environmental pollution. It is an effective way to develop a circular economy and build a conservation-oriented society.
